You will determine if this is a successful book or if the information and tips work. The success or lack of success is based on what you do with the information. Nothing more or less.
The person who asks the better questions will be the person who is the most successful with this information. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. The information outlined in this book are commonly known techniques and tips. What separate this book from other books are the choices you make while reading the material. I challenge you to make better choices as you read and apply the tips and weight loss strategies listed in this book.
Take some time and review this past month and look at your eating habits and exercise routine. Why are you here? You need to come to terms, why you purchased this book and why you are researching different tips and techniques on weight loss. Once you fully understand the why, then you can use that to compel yourself into taking action.
You need two types of courage to be successful with this task: The Courage to start, and The Courage to Follow Through. I challenge you to go through the tips and techniques listed in this book and rate results based on the amount of effort you apply. Try a set strategy for 3 weeks and record your progress and look at the feedback your body is giving you based on your efforts. After 3 weeks of trying out the different tips, I ask you to give the book an honest review based on your efforts. Say the information is this book worked or it didn’t, but please be honest with me as well as yourself.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be new information in order for it to work; I find the key is applied information equal results.
